I got a trade skill education and a ton of courses, I make about 120.000/year and I have 0 debt. Hearing college graduates with insane student debts just sits wrong with me. Our culture is that you are doomed if you aren't an academic, while we doom our college students with insane debt.
You can literally be richer by just living a simpler life.
my take: hes trying to move himself out of poverty by working hard. he means well but is woefully uniformed. about a lot of studf apparently (women's rights, infectious diseases…)
Here's the thing about the avalanche method and discipline. Disciplined people generally dont accrue that much debt. Thats what undisciplined people do. Smallest to largest helps with becoming more disciplined.
I'm 100K in plus…. And I even feel poor and full of economical anxiety. No loans…. Own my cars… Sold my property I flipped for 250%…. Now up to the next. But yeah I 've been in places where I did not know where my next meal would come from…. This dude needs a complete overhaul! HOLY F! Don't buy shit you don't need. Simple.
This is what happens when corporations have fully infiltrated the brains of the working class. Every new age "country" guy has been convinced to get the highest paying job they can and "work hard" so they can take out the biggest truck loan, the biggest housing loan and biggest wedding and have as many kids as they can possibly afford as fast as possible. Slavery is real. Its wage slaving to pay the banks for your shiny items and then once your 65 and maybe retire you pass away like a statistic a few years later.
I honestly am shocked the guy didn’t have an LLC from the start. My state requires rideshare drivers to be registered as businesses. I immediately started one because I don’t want my personal data on the state database and started a ledger for expenses. The RA costs you ~$150-200 a year, and they’ll handle most of the paperwork, and there’s a ton of tax benefits from it.

Anyone that doesn’t feel an urgent need to pay off debt is insane
This makes me feel better how I’m doing financially
L take on taxes thing, screw government and screw taxes, it's theft, and the government over spends on stuff that doesn't benefit citizens

Working hard and hustling is a waste if you’re not making any money!
Having a kid when you're drowning in debt……GENIUS
Find a specific job and stick to it. I think hes spread to thin and doesnt know the business side of things.
$48k as an operations manager!? He is getting ripped off big time
Truck pride ego will always break your pocket 😒 😂
$65,000 purchase price + sales tax + 12.75% interest over a 6 year long term = $100,000 truck at the 6 year mark.

Cinemark is not crap. The cinemark by my house is super nice.
Why can't you live in the camper until you can sell it?? Then you can afford $1200 rent.. this makes no sense to me.

As soon as I am watching this video and he talks about his 1000 dollar car payment on his dodge ram 2500 the advertisement is for a gmc truck lol
