Just think why interest rate is coming down…? , people want your slow saving of years , earned from chaay ki rahdi , pakodey ki rahdi …why…rates of shares …investments…fixed by….?……so that your money moves to their account after showing loss / bankrupcy…..it happened practically for me.., never received my money back..in lakhs…..and I can not do any thing remaining beautiful system of the country every one knows. Most sufferers are senior citizens.. Who have to pay more even for toilet charges…the money saved by them 100…200 rs per year is just nothing now…just by inflation ..one looses his money….which he saved during young age.
It is not necessary now a days to make money in real estate ..only we can make money in good shares and mutual funds. For senior citizens best is to keep in banks which gives quite good returns and capital is absolutely safe
Sir,to see such type investment plan the 80 percent people of this country lost their money being on line froud/drama show the people lost their money even after long time investment.
Real state good investment ..aap flate banake rent par lagate ho to achi bat hoti h but flate ko purchase karna bevkufi kyonki uski price down hoti jati h mene khud apni aankho se dekha h ye sab surat me ..& aap esi jagah property purchase karte ho jaha aane wale time me grow ho to apko benifit mil sakta h
1. Cash reserve for credit 2. Real Estate ( Eg. Rental income, Value appreciation ) 3. Bonds (Govt./Corporate) 4. Stock 5. Mutual Fund/ Index Fund 6. Raw Materials & Commodities (Eg. Gold ) 7. Patents / Rights (Eg. Books ) 8. Trade Mark just like Patents
